Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of different incision phacoemulsification and trabeculectomy for cataract and glaucoma. Methods Ninety-six patients with cataract and glaucoma were selected from June 2014 to May 2016 in our hospital, according to randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, each of 48 cases, the observation group used double incision phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy resection, and the control group used single incision phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy resection. IOP, visual acuity, bleb formation and complication rates before and after treatment were observed. Results In IOP, both groups after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment (P 0.05); there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications of two groups (P >0.05). Conclusions Compared with single incision, double incision phacoemulsification and trabeculectomy for cataract and glaucoma has more significant effect, it can effectively improve intraocular pressure, promote visual acuity. Key words: Incision; Phacoemulsification; Trabeculectomy; Cataract; Glaucoma; Clinical efficacy
