Abstract

浸润与转移是恶性肿瘤的主要生物学特征.基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)是一组含Zn2+的蛋白水解酶,其不仅能降解ECM,还参与了原发肿瘤的形成,肿瘤血管的新生,以及诱导肿瘤细胞免疫耐受.在肿瘤侵袭转移的复杂过程中,MMPs起着重要的作用.本文综述了MMPs的分类、特征及功能,并分析其与肾癌的关系。
