Abstract
目的 探讨桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎局部封闭治疗的疗效.方法对78例81只手桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎的病例进行拇短伸肌腱鞘内注射曲安奈德(封闭治疗),并结合3周腕部短期制动治疗.结果采用封闭治疗的81只手均取得了满意疗效,优良率为96.3%,复发率为3.7%.19只手术后出现皮肤变白,占23.5%.结论局部封闭治疗桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎可取得较好的疗效,为治疗桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎的首选方法。
