Abstract

Lung cancer is one of the most serious malignant diseases in the world.More than one million people die from lung cancer each year. And the mortality and morbidity of lung cancer are increasing year by year, which attracts the great attention of a number of researchers.Non-small cell lung cancer accounts for 80% to 85 % of the total number of lung cancer. In recent years, molecular targeted therapy has become a focus of study for non-small cell lung cancer. This therapy is the most promising method and strategy of the treatment of lung cancer in the 21st century. Key words: Non-small cell lung cancer;  Molecular targeted therapy
