Abstract

后囊膜破裂和(或)悬韧带断离在白内障摘除联合人工晶状体植入手术中常会遇到,由于不能安全地固定在囊袋内或睫状沟,往往不得不放弃植入人工晶状体.近年来一些固定人工晶状体的新方法不断涌现,如采用囊袋张力环、房角支撑法、前房虹膜固定法、后房虹膜固定法、后房巩膜缝线固定法等.本文介绍其各自特点和手术操作要点,比较各种方法的利弊和可能出现的并发症,同时介绍了笔者利用普通后房型人工品状体同定于虹膜的初步尝试,以期对临床工作有所帮助。
