Abstract

Fractalkine (CX3CLA) is a unique chemokine.It is the only representa-tive of CX3C group.It exists as a membrane-bound and soluble form.It has dual role of adhesion and chemotactic.CX3CL1 participates in multiple process of physio-logical and pathological after combinning with CX3CR1 in the cells,Expression of CX3CLA-CX3CR1 is closely related to occurrence and development of bronchial and lung diseases,such as Infectious lung disease,pulmonary hypertension,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,asthma and lung tumor. Key words: Fractalkine;  Vascular remodeling;  Pulmonary hypertension
