Abstract
一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)具有广泛的生物学活性.近年来发现一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合成酶(nitric oxide synthase-2,NOS-2)与结直肠肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关,它与环氧化酶(cycloxygenase-2,COX-2)之间存在复杂的调控机制.对NO清除剂、NOS抑制剂和释放NO的非甾体抗炎药的研究为结直肠肿瘤的防治提供了一个思路。
