Abstract
目的 探讨闭合性肾脏损伤的诊断和治疗要点.方法对262例闭合性肾脏损伤病例资料进行回顾性分析.Ⅰ型128例,Ⅱ型72例,Ⅲ型46例,Ⅳ型12例,Ⅴ型4例.合并脾破裂10例、肝破裂8例、骨盆及四肢骨折16例、胸外伤8例、颅脑损伤10例.结果保守治疗186例,肾修补48例,肾切除12例.除8例死亡,其余救治成功.结论闭合性肾脏损伤以Ⅰ、Ⅱ型为主,多采取保守治疗,多发伤是死亡的主要原因。
