Abstract
基质金属蛋白酶(Matrix metalloproteinases,MMPs)是一类能降解细胞外基质成分的重要蛋白酶类,具有促进恶性肿瘤侵袭转移的作用.金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子(tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinases,TIMPs)可以特异性抑制MMPs活性.本文就基质金属蛋白酶及其抑制因子与膀胱癌关系的研究进展作一综述。
