Abstract

目的比较单纯切除术及自体角膜缘上皮移植术治疗中度初发性翼状胬肉的效果.方法单纯切除组20例(24眼);自体角膜缘上皮移植组(简称移植组)18例(22眼).结果移植组:平均追踪9.24±2.62月,复发率4.5%,明显低于单纯切除组33.33%的复发率(平均追踪8.68±2.83月).结论自体角膜缘上皮移植术治疗初发性翼状胬肉效果优于单纯切除术.
