Abstract
目的 探讨LASIK术前眼底检查的重要性.方法对LASIK术前2834眼扩瞳后行眼底检查并作详细眼底记录.结果因发现眼底并发症明显而暂缓手术者共46眼(1.62%),其中视网膜裂孔20眼(0.71%),视网膜退行性病变23眼(0.81%),眼底出血3眼(0.11%).结论 LASIK术前扩瞳后详细检查眼底是非常重要和必不可少的。
