Abstract
The fusion glycoprotein (F) of human respiratory syncytial vires(RSV) is an important viral envelop protein which can induce protective immunity against RSV infection. The structural and functional characteristics of F protein play a central role in the understanding of infection and immunity, and in the development of vaccine. Key words: Human respiratory syncytial virus; Fusion glycoprotein
