Abstract

The fusion glycoprotein (F) of human respiratory syncytial vires(RSV) is an important viral envelop protein which can induce protective immunity against RSV infection.The structural and functional characteristics of F protein play a central role in the understanding of infection and immunity,and in the development of vaccine.
