Abstract

Objective To explore the knee joint function and relative factors of patients with postoperative knee anterior cruciate ligament injury. Methods A total of 70 patients, who acquired knee anterior cruciate ligament injury and treated by an ACL reconstruction, were selected in our joint injury outpatient reviewed as sample. Self-designed questionnaire was utilized to investigate patients′ rehabilitation training and knee joint range of motion (ROM), and the Chinese general self-efficacy scale (GSES) was investigated the patient′s self-efficacy. A total of 70 questionnaires distributed and collected, but 67 of them were effective. Results In 67 patients, the average score of rehabilitation training was (3.05±0.51) points, average score of ROM (3.35±0.76), and average score of GSES (2.90±0.45) points. Rehabilitation training was positively correlated with general self-efficacy and ROM (P<0.05). Conclusions The patients with knee anterior cruciate ligament injury should undergo corresponding measures, which is a important significance to promote the recovery of knee joint function. Key words: Knee joint; Anterior cruciate ligament; Rehabilitation training; Knee joint range of motion; General self-efficacy
