Survey of the continuing education in local hospital

As the progress of modern medical science never stops,continuing medical education is always needed.The author used a questionnaire to investigate the present situation and its developing orientation of continuing medical education in a rural area.89 subjects in a local hospital in Neimengu province were recruited in the study.Data collected included:present approach of continuing medical education in the local area,The attitude of medical workers towards continuing education and their expectations about future orientation.Conclusions:To improve the quality of courses is very important in continuing medical education.More opportunities as go-out learning and attending medical conferences are also needed.Long distance intemet learning is a very prospective learning method.To improve the ability of clinical research is also necessary.
