Abstract
Objective To observed the treatment of subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH) with nimodipine. Methods One hundred and twenty-nine subarachnoid hemorrhage patients confirmed by CT were randomly divided into the treatment group(74 cases) and the observation group(55 cases). CT and transcranial color doppler(TCD) were given before and after treatment, to observed the improvement of clinical symptoms, the incidence of complications and prognosis. Results The delayed cerebral vasospasm(DCVS) and the incidence of cerebral infarction were significantly higher than the treatment group ( P < 0.01 ). Conclusions There is a good curative effect of subarachnoid hemorrhage patients treatmeut with nimodipine. Key words: Nimodipine; Subarachnoid hemorrhage; Delayed cerebral vasospasm
