热休克蛋白(HSP)在一系列肿瘤中呈高表达,其家族各成员不仅促进了肿瘤细胞的增殖,而且抑制了其死亡途径,对于肿瘤的发生发展十分重要,并与肿瘤免疫、耐药和不良预后关系密切.因而,HSP已成为新抗癌策略的靶向。
