Abstract
目的 研究癫(癎)患儿口服丙戊酸钠(VPA)后,体质量对清除率和消除半衰期等药代动力学参数的影响.方法 对20例口服VPA的癫(癎)患儿治疗后的药代动力学参数进行测定,比较正常体质量患儿和超常体质量患儿的药物清除特点.结果 超常体质量儿VPA消除半衰期[(9.50±0.63)h]比正常体质量儿[(7.80±0.75)h]长,清除率[(0.11±0.03)ml/(kg·min)]比正常体质量儿[(0.18±0.03)ml/(kg·min)]低,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.001).结论 体质量对VPA存在影响,超常体质量儿VPA的代谢速度较正常体质量儿慢。
