Abstract

Objective To explore the value of dynamic contrast-enhanced CT for differentially diagnosing benign and malignant the solinary pulmonary nodules. Methods 60solitary pulmonary nodules proved by histopathological examination were cnrolled in this study.Thin-section CT scanning was performed before and 60S,120s,180s,240s,300safter contrast enhancement.Result The enhanced value of malignant nodules(36.9±15.1)Hu was significantly higher than that of benign nodules(19.78± 17.61)Hu(P<O.O1).The surroundings lung cancer's main strengthened shape is the complete strengthening and periphery the strengthening.Tuberculoma's main strengthened shape does not have strengthened and the involucrum type strengthening. Conclusion The enhanced helical CT scans are importance in the diagnosis of Solitary Pulmonary Nodules. Key words: Lung neoplasm; Dynamic:CT:Contrast-Enhancement
