Abstract

近年来,在人体内及黑猩猩试验模型中发现HCV天然免疫与特异性免疫能自发清除病毒,表明发展部分有效的针对不同型的HCV疫苗是可能的,这对慢性丙型肝炎的防治有重大意义.此文综述了HCV感染相关免疫保护机制、疫苗研制情况及今后发展方向。
