Research progress of bosentan-sildenafil association in treatment of pulmonary hypertension

Pulmonary arterial hypertension is a group of disease with high mortality caused by different diseases, the abnormalities of various vasoactive factors and cytokines are common pathogenic mechanisms.Bosentan and sildenafil are the earliest drugs approved by the US Food and Drug Administration for the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension, they are both oral drugs, which are simple and convenient to use, the combination of them can improve the clinical symptoms of pulmonary hypertension patients, and it′s safe and tolerable.
