Abstract
目的 探讨食管癌患者外周血中基质活检因子(MMP-7)mRNA表达与食管癌复发及预后的关系.方法 采用实时荧光定量RT-PCR方法,检测82例食管癌术后患者外周血中MMP-7 mRNA表达.结果 82例食管癌患者中,MMP-7 mRNA表达阳性率为37.5%.MMP-7 mRNA表达阳性与淋巴结转移、血行转移和临床分期显著相关.28例复发患者中,15例接受动态观察,其中5例外周血中MMP-7 mRNA表达阳性先于影像学3～6个月,8例同时阳性.结论 食管癌患者外周血中MMP-7 mRNA表达阳性可作为食管癌转移、复发和预后判断的指标。
