Abstract
培养大学生的创新能力,一方面学校要从推进素质教育、加强师资队伍建设和改进教学方法,为学生创新能力的培养提供良好的外因条件;另一方面学生要有扎实的基础知识,同时要增强创新意识,转变学习观念,加强实践锻炼,为创新能力的培养提供内因条件。
