Abstract

目的 评价羟基磷灰石作为充填物在爆裂性眶壁骨折整复及眼球内陷矫治术中的应用.方法 对1996年1月至1999年1月所行的156例手术进行分析研究,术中均使用羟基磷灰石充填.结果 术后观察平均6.5月,无1例排异.复视消除总有效率100%,眼球内陷治愈率92.6%.结论 羟基磷灰石作为充填物,组织相容性好,支撑性能好.
