Abstract

目的 探讨原位肝移植患者术中血流动力学的变化规律.方法 在36例肝移植的手术中,经患者右锁骨下静脉插入漂浮导管,分别于无肝前期、无肝期30 min、新肝期30 min及手术结束时测定每例患者的心输出量(CO)、肺动脉收缩压(PASP)及肺动脉舒张压(PADP);并比较患者术中各期血流动力学的变化.结果 患者无肝期心输出量和肺动脉压明显降低(P<0.05),新肝期心输出量和肺动脉压明显升高(P<0.05).无肝前期发生肺动脉高压7例(19.44%),无肝期4例(11.11%),新肝期21例(58.33%),手术结束时10例(27.77%).结论 背驮式肝移植患者术中血流动力学变化以无肝前期和新肝前期最为显著。
