Abstract
目的 建立一种实时定量检测结核分枝杆菌插入序列6110(IS6110)DNA的方法,并探讨其在结核病诊断中的价值.方法采用Taqman技术和Lightcycler定量PCR仪对结核分枝杆菌IS6110 DNA进行实时定量检测.结果对213例临床送检的各类标本进行检测,32例阳性,阳性率为15.02%,阳性标本的定量结果范围为3.1~7.2×106copies/ml,对结核病诊断的灵敏度为82.76%,特异性为95.65%.结论结核分枝杆菌IS6110 DNA实时定量检测是一种快速有效的结核病诊断的方法。
