Abstract
The femtosecond laser is gaining po-pularity as a safe and effective alternative to the microkeratome for creating corneal flaps during LASIK. Femtosecond laser has advantage over microkeratome flap for creating corneal flap because it reduces or even avoids related complications of microkeratome flap. But it can create bubbles during femtosecond laser flap creation, and the bubbles can influence the corneal flap creation and the progress of operation. In this paper, influence factors of bubbles created during femtosecond laser flap creation and research progress were summarized and explore how to reduce the incidence of bubbles.
