Abstract
血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)是作用最强,特异性最高的血管新生调节因子,研究表明,白血病细胞不仅高表达VEGF,而且不同程度的表达VEGF受体,VEGF与白血病的发生、发展相关,影响白血病的预后.研究VEGF与白血病的关系,为白血病的抗血管增生治疗提供依据。
