Abstract

目的探讨间质性肺病(ILD)支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)Ⅲ型前胶原(PⅢP)测定的临床意义.方法应用放射免疫分析法,检测31例ILD病例和9例正常对照者的BALF中PⅢP含量,结合病程、病期及BALF中细胞成分的变化进行综合分析.结果 (1)ILD组BALF中PⅢP含量明显高于正常对照组(P＜0.05);(2)BALF中PⅢP含量与ILD病程或病期有关,并与特发性肺纤维化BALF中性粒细胞百分比呈密切相关(P＜0.01).结论 BALF中PⅢP含量的测定,对辅助诊断ILD、纤维化程度的判断及活动性评价等均有重要临床意义.
