The relationship between HLA typing and early rejection after cadaver donor kidney transplantation

Abstract
Objective To study the relationship between HLA typing and early rejection after cadarer donor kidney transplantation.Methods The 262 recipients undergoing cadaver donor kidney transplantation were randomly grouped in terms of the HLA mismatching(MM)of donors with pen-nissible antigen or irnmunogenic antigen.The incidence of early rejection in 1 to 2 months after operation was analyzed.Results When the MM＞3,if the received organ HLA antigen/gene was permissible.the incidence of postoperative acute rejection was 16.4%;but if the donor organ HLA antigen/gene was immunogenic,the incidence was 33.1%(P＜0.05).Conclusion The better HLA matching of donor-recipient,the fewer influence of HLA mismatching with permissible antigen or immunogenic antigen on early rejection.
