近年来,细胞增殖显像剂18F-氟脱氧胸苷(18F-FLT)受到重视.18F-FLT PET细胞增殖显像为肿瘤的诊断、分期、预后和疗效观察提供了非创伤性的手段,与18F-氟脱氧葡萄糖(18F-FDG)比较表明,18F-FLT与肿瘤细胞增殖的相关性明显高于18F-FDG,但敏感性低,而且不能反映所有类型的肿瘤细胞增殖情况。
