Abstract

Objective To study the curative effect of Yinxingdamo and lovastatin on acute cerebral infarction and correlation of disabled degree after treatment with lipid levels. Methods All 122 acute cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with Yinxingdamo(YXDM),the observation group was treated with YXDM and LOV.The whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, changes of TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C levels, curative effect of the two groups were compared, and the correlation of disabled degree after treatment with lipid levels were analyzed. Results Both groups after treatment of whole blood, plasma viscosity decreased significantly, and the whole blood viscosity decreased in the observation group than that in the control group. The TC,TG and LDL-C levels in the observation group after treatment were lower than those before treatment and the control group after treatment; HDL-C of the control group after treatment were higher than those before treatment.Total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. The differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).According to Spearman method analysis, the higher the degree of disability of patients after treatment was,the higher TC,TG and LDL-C levels respectively were, which were positively correlated (r =0.857,0.832,0.794; P =0.004,0.012,0.003),however,HDL-C was lower, which were negatively correlated (r =-0.842,P =0.010).Conclusions Yinxingdamo combined with lovastatin has good effect on patients with acute cerebral infarction. It is worthy to be recommended.
