Abstract
Objective To investigate the prognosis determined by the time of pregnancy termination.Methotis Clinical data of 36 cases with HELLP syndrome in my hospital were retrospectively analyzed and diagnosed HELLP syndrome for different time terminates were compared as well.Results The mortality of pregnancy termination in 12 h for impregnation and peminatal were lowest with 0 and 50% in the both,It was otherwise 33.3% and 83.3% after 36 h of termination.Conclusions .It is threaten the mother and infant pregnancy with HELLP,cesarean section is the main method to terminate in pregnant 12 h.
