Abstract
目的:评价小梁切除术联合垂直巩膜条切开返转嵌顿术(术中用或不用丝裂霉素)治疗晚期新生血管性青光眼的l临床效果.方法:采用巩膜瓣下咬切术联合垂直巩膜条切开返转嵌顿术,术中用或不用丝裂霉素治疗晚期新生血管性青光眼27例27眼.结果:术后6月内,27眼的眼压均正常;术后1年时,眼压控制率达94%(16/17);术后2年时,眼压控制达81%(17/21).无严重并发症.结论:小梁切除术联合垂直巩膜条切开返转嵌顿术(术中用或不用丝裂霉素)是一种治疗晚期新生血管性青光眼有效方法.并对其机理、并发症和优点进行了扼要分析.
