Abstract
目前胰腺癌化疗效果不尽人意,引起化疗失败的原因主要是多药耐药(multidrug resistance,MDR).为明确耐药基因蛋白的表达及其与肿瘤临床病理特征的关系,本实验检测糖基化神经酰胺合成酶(GCS)、P-糖蛋白(P-gp)和MDR相关蛋白(MRP)在胰腺癌中的表达并分析其与临床病理学特征的关系。
