Application analysis on multilevel nursing training in teaching management for new nurses

Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of multilevel nursing training in teaching management for the new nurses.Methods New nurses in our department of gynaecology were given multilevel nursing training method,training will be divided into three classes.In training course,our homemade progress review for nurses was used before and after the test,scores before and after training were compared.Results The related skills and theory of new nurses after training has significantly increased compared to those before the training,which showed significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion The traditional teaching management is not systematic and professional,professional quality of the nurses can't effectively increase after the training,while through specified multilevel nursing training new nurses could quickly master the theoretical knowledge and nursing skills,improve the nursing level more effectively,and promote the harmonious relationship between nurses and patients.
