Abstract

目的探讨高度近视白内障超声乳化吸出人工晶状体植入术的手术特点并评价其效果.方法133例(157眼)眼轴>26mm的高度近视白内障进行了超声乳化人工晶状体植入术.针对高度近视的特点,在术前准备、截囊、乳化方式、灌注液压力等都作了相应的设计.并对手术结果进行分析和评价.结果术后最佳视力(含矫正)≥0.5者97眼(61.78%),其中眼轴<30 mm者93例占95.88%;眼轴≥30 mm者4例占4.12%.视力<0.5者60例占38.22%,其中眼底大片萎缩者4例(6.67%),黄斑孔1例(1.67%).无严重并发症发生.结论高度近视合并白内障人工晶状体植入术后视力康复程度与患者眼底变性程度、眼轴长度、术中操作技巧密切相关.超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术是高度近视合并白内障较理想的手术方法.
