Abstract
目的 探讨固定中心静脉导管(PICC)的方法.方法 对3例PICC置管患者穿刺早期90次的固定方法进行分组观察.结果 改进后的固定方法明显优于传统固定方法,穿刺点出血发生率减少.结论 妥善固定PICC能有效预防穿刺点出血,减少渗出及减轻患肢活动耐受的不适感等并发症的发生。
