Abstract
目的探讨P73mRNA失表达在小儿急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)中的临床意义. 方法 RT-PCR法检测40例ALL患儿骨髓单个核细胞内P73mRNA表达,并分析P73mRNA失表达与影响ALL预后因素的关系.结果 ALL中存在较高频率的P73mRNA失表达,且与高白细胞数、高肿瘤负荷、髓外浸润、高危临床分型显著相关.结论 P73mRNA失表达在小儿ALL发病过程中起重要作用,P73mRNA失表达与预后不良因素相关,P73mRNA检测可能对评估小儿ALL预后、指导临床治疗有重要意义.
