Abstract

Fibroblast growth factor receptor 2 ( FGFR2 ) is one of the family of FGFR. It play important roles in skeletal and gland growth, as well as limb, skin and multiple organs formation. Here we briefly summarize recent progress in the understanding of the molecular and biological functions of FGFR2,as well as it , s inhibitor developing. Key words: FGFR2 ; Bone disease ; Tumor ; Inhibitor
