Abstract

目前在应用PICC置管过程中存在一定的风险因素,现报道如下. PICC置管的适应证和禁忌症 1.适应证.(1)需要长期静脉输液,但外周浅静脉条件差或不易穿刺成功者;(2)需反复输入刺激性药物,如化疗药等;(3)长期输入高渗性或黏度较高的药物,如高糖、脂肪乳、氨基酸等;(4)需要多次采集静脉血样者.
