Clinical value of ultrasound after acupuncture and lipoid-food test in diagnosis of cholecystitis

Objective Monitoring the gallbladder contretility by ultrasound after puncturing the points and lipoid-food test,to evaluate the contribution in diagnosing cholecystitis.Methods 136 cholecystitis cases were examined by ultrasound.The gallbladders were monitored by ultrasound at 10 min.20 min.30 min after acupuncture and 30 min,60 min,120 min after lipoid-food test separately.Calculating the volume of gallbladder by utilizing gallbladder volume calculation formula in different time was performed,then comment the gallbladder contrctility.Two method series were compared by T test.Results The gallbladder contrctility of two series has no obviously diference in diagnosing eholecystitis(t＜0.01).Conclusion Ultrasound with acupunrcture and lipoid-food test can be used to evaluate the gallbladder contrctility in order to diagnose the choleeystitis.It has many merits,such as no risk,little suffering,easily receiving,easily repetition,etc;And it is a useful diagnosing cholecystitis method.
