Rely on the effect of assistant, improve the all-round development of graduate students

This paper summarized the current situation of graduate management, teaching and research assistants in Shanghai Medical College via questionnaires, data analysis and problems that occurred in routine work. Meanwhile, it also analyzed where the crux lied in terms of the moral education in graduate assistantship. The importance of graduate assistants was not over-emphasized, while the work of graduate assistants had not been effectively integrated with the cultivation of graduate students. What is more, the work of graduate assistants had not been guaranteed by efficient policies, the moral education couldn't be reflected by current policies. More policies and suggestions should be brought forward to improve the comprehensive qualities of graduate students.
