Abstract
Lung cancer is currently the cancer with the highest incidence and mortality in the world.Non-small cell lung cancer accounts for more than 85% of lung cancer. With a deep study of tumor biology, multiple mutations as therapeutic targets have been identified in recent ten years, wherein the frequency of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutation is the highest. Therefore, EGFR targeted therapy of non-small cell lung cancer has become the main force. This review presents EGFR mutation and targeted therapies of non-small cell lung cancer. Key words: Non-small cell lung cancer; Epidermal growth factor receptor; Targeted therapy
