Abstract
目的探讨显微镜下视网膜脱离手术的可能性及效果.方法对15例15眼原发性视网膜脱离,先予置硅胶条带和/或环扎带.在手术显微镜直视下行视网膜裂孔及变性区冷凝、硅胶顶压后,检查裂孔位置是否正确.结果15例15眼视网膜全部复位,视力提高14眼、不变1眼.无严重并发症,所有病例,视网膜冷凝反应清晰可见,轻度屈光间质浑浊,并不影响观察冷凝反应和裂孔定位.结论手术显微镜下视网膜脱离手术具有方便、准确、可靠等优点.
