Abstract
In the present study we examined the cytotoxic effect of Fuzarium graminearum & Sclerotinia sclerotiorum mycelium on MCF cells(human breast cancer cells).the cultivated mycelium of fungi was sequentially extracted by petroleum ether & ethel acetat. The cytotoxicity and vaiability of mycelium extract were evaluted by MTT assay.the ethyl acetat extract from Fuzarium showed the most potent cytotoxic effect against the MCF cell whit an IC50=1.16mg/ml for 24 hours treatment. And antioxidant activity of the mycelium extract was evaluated ussing DPPH reduction.Result of the GC-Mass test showed squalene had a prominent effect of anti tumor among different separated elements of mycelium extract.
