Abstract
目的 对冠心病患者健康相关生活质量进行评估.方法采用医学结局研究简短量表-8(SF-8)对88例冠心病患者健康相关生活质量进行测评研究.结果与西雅图心绞痛调查量表(SAQ)比较,SF-8表格整体上具有较好的结构效度、效标效度、分半效度、内部一致性和反应度,但部分领域的内部一致性和反应度较差.结论 SF-8和SAQ的联合能够较为全面的反映冠心病患者的生活质量,可以在实践中使用。
