Abstract
感染性角膜炎为准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(laser in situ keratomileusis,LASIK)最严重的并发症之一,现将2006年11～12月经治的2例LASIK术后感染性角膜炎情况报告如下. 例1,男,18岁,于2006年11月13日因左眼LASIK术后视力下降、疼痛21 d入院.患者因双眼近视于2006年10月22日在他院行双眼LASIK,术后第1天起左眼疼痛,视力下降,疑为阿米巴性角膜炎而转诊至我院。
