Abstract

胆囊结石伴有胆总管相对探查指征的病人临床较为常见,常给术式选择带来一定的困难,但又是临床必需面对的问题.江苏省泗洪县人民医院从2004年6月至2007年12月对58例具有胆总管相对探查指征的病人在LC术中行经胆囊管胆道造影,取得了较好的效果.现报告如下。
