Value of combined application of color doppler ultrasound and X-mammography on the diagnosis of early breast cancer

Objective To study the value of color doppler ultrasound combined with X-mammography on the diagnosis of early breast cancer.Methods From Dec 2011 to Jan 2013,the clinical data of 150 cases of breast cancer diagnosed by operation and pathology in department of breast surgery,the third affiliated hospital of Zhengzhou university were retrospectively analyzed.Among them,50 cases underwent breast X-mammography before operation,50 cases underwent color doppler ultrasound,and 50 cases received combined examination.Results The correct diagnosis rate of olybdenum target X-ray was 70％ (35/50),the correct diagposis rate of color doppler ultrasound was 72％ (36/50),and the correct diagnosis rate of combination group was 94％ (47/50).Conclusions In all kinds of examination in diagnosis of breast cancer,color doppler ultrasonography and X-mammography in breast examination is the most useful and reliable methods in early diagnoss of breast cancer,it plays an important role in the early diagnosis of breast cancer.
