Abstract

Objective To analyze the OSCE materials used in graduation examination for the students on clinical medicine program of the year 2006,verify the accuracy of evaluation by standardized patients(SP)and evaluate the dependability between clinical knowledge and clinical skills so as to provide basis for clinical teaching reform.Methods 329 undergraduates on clinical medicine were evaluated by clinical teachers and SP.The outcome was analyzed with SPSS 13.0 statistics. Results ①There was no difference between evaluation of SP and that of teachers.②There was of significance between basic knowledge of clinical medicine and clinical skills. Conclusions ①OSCE practice was reliable this time.②Evaluation done by SP was quite accurate.
